I created a fun little zine to educate people on Mahsa Amini and the impact she has had on women, not only in Iran but worldwide. The goal of this zine was to move away from the darker side of the story but make it light and relatable for other women to read it and feel a certain connection through that 22-year-old woman who died to defend her rights. My zine was also accompanied by a sculpture I worked on, representing the mental state women find themselves in, unable to speak up and feeling trapped.
